The only facial work she had was a little nose augmentation and that was years ago. Claiming her face is a “mess” is simply ridiculous, especially if you look at all other current work she has been doing.

The Xtra feature was pulled because it was shit and Sara complained and called up her fans to complain, so Playboy gave in. She’s gonna have another Xtra coming up shot by a more suitable photographer in a way that’s worthy of a Playmate.
