Winning photographer Kate Romero… joined the elite team of Playboy shooters when she photographed winner-Playmate Shanna Marie McLaughlin’s July 2010 pictorial. “I can’t wait to see my name next to my work,” says Kate. “Like winning Playboy Shootout, this too will be so validating. My strategy was to win a new client, so I really listened to longtime Playboy photographers Arny Freytag and Steven Wayda when they so generously gave their insights. I think my ability to listen and integrate their tips really helped me finesse my photographic work and, ultimately, become a winner.”
